Foxstone Construction was founded by Michael Shalloe, David Simmons, and Paul Walshe with a clear aim: to build a skilled team of tradespeople capable of delivering high-end, turnkey construction projects across Dublin and the surrounding areas.
We work with clients from their very first design concept right through to final completion, managing every detail along the way. Whether it is a home extension, a commercial fit-out, bringing an older property up to a modern BER rating, or a full design and build project, we bring the same level of care and expertise to every job.

Michael Shalloe
Non Executive Director
Michael brings over 20 years' experience in engineering and construction, having resourced project management, construction management, and CQV teams for major biotech and industrial projects across Ireland and internationally. As a Non Executive Director of Foxstone, he brings that same expertise and attention to detail to delivering high-end turnkey renovations for clients across Dublin.
David Simmons
Managing Director
David co-founded Foxstone Construction in 2024, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the building, IT and technology sectors.
With 10 years' experience running his own successful building company within the leisure industry, David has extensive experience managing construction projects from initial planning through to completion. Working closely with clients, contractors and suppliers, he developed a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver projects efficiently, to a high standard and in line with the client's expectations.
David's approach is centred on understanding exactly what each client wants to achieve and ensuring that their vision is brought to life. He remains closely involved throughout each project, from the initial enquiry and planning stages through to final handover, with a strong focus on communication, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
His background in sales and client relationship management also brings a strong commercial and customer-focused approach to Foxstone, helping to ensure that clients receive a professional, reliable and straightforward service from start to finish.
Paul Walshe
Director
Paul co-founded Foxstone Construction in December 2024 with the goal of assembling a high-quality team of tradespeople capable of delivering turnkey projects to the highest standard. He brings together the industry expertise and network to take clients from initial design concept through to final completion across Dublin and surrounding areas.
